Teen Workshop: Writing Great College Application Essays

  • Parents welcome to attend with their teen.
  • Free!
  • Registration is required

This is a live virtual writing class taught via Zoom. Fergus Falls area students are encouraged to participate from the library, but joining from home is an option. Refreshments (cupcakes and more!) will be served at the library. Participants joining remotely will be emailed the Zoom link prior to the program.

Class description: Learn to utilize basic creative writing craft elements such as strong characterization, compelling narrative structure, an interesting premise to write the best possible college application essay. Leave with ideas that will get you started on writing an essay that’ll really wow your readers!
