Room Reservations

You can reserve a room in advance (no same day reservations) by calling the library at (218) 739-9387.

Study Rooms

There are two study rooms for 1-2 people and one study room for up to 4 people.

Study Room A (1-2 people)

Study Room C (1-4 people)

Conference Room (1-14 people): Smartboard, web camera/microphone

Conference Room near the Teen Section (1-10 people): Smartboard, web camera/microphone and dry erase board

The Fergus Falls Public Library offers meeting room space free of charge to the public for educational, cultural, civic and recreational purposes. Please read our Community Room Use Policy & Application [PDF, 175.51 KB]. Events must be free and open to the public and sales/solicitations are not allowed. Call the library at (218) 739-9387 for availability.

2 Smartboards, can divide into two rooms, tables and/or chairs can be set up in many different configurations
